The improvement goals of the system are demanding and comprehensive and result in better quality and customer service. Increased benefits for our customers are our ultimate objective and each of our employees participates fully in the system to ensure built in quality at each phase of the production cycle.
Written procedures have been developed to document processes from Marketing and Sales to Customer Service. Each fabrication station in the production facility is covered by work and control instructions, which ensure that quality control elements are included and documented. Independent controls are performed at key last point inspection stations.
