Service Guidelines:

  • Strassburger Dealers, as representatives of the Strassburger products to the end user, are to possess the technical skills and expertise necessary to ensure the total satisfaction of the end user.  It is the responsibility of the dealer to provide quality service that reflects well on both themselves and Strassburger.
  • In the event that a problem with a Strassburger product is identified by an end user, it is the responsibility of the dealer to assess the problem and identify the party responsible for repairs.  The responsibility may exist as a result of the end user, the installer, tradesman, a dealer, or Strassburger. 
  • In the event that the party responsible for service is deemed as the responsibility of Strassburger, the following options will be available to correct or repair as follows;
  • Necessary replacement part(s) will be supplied to the dealer for installation.
  • Dealer requests Strassburger to supply parts and labour for service, at an hourly rate.

All warranty claims must be made in writing and accompanied by a proof of purchase.  Please have the name of the original builder (should be written on the warranty card) and window style (double hung, casement, etc.).
